Invertrac Adjustments for Comfort
(Click on A, B or C to see an enlarged picture)

A -  Adjustment for thigh thickness.  First hole is to allow the most clearance, adjust so that padded portion fits

comfortably behind the back of knee with no restriction.

B - Adjust dial so that part A (restraint bar) fits comfortably behind back of knee but allows user to hang over

thigh pad properly.  The groin (where you bend into a 90 deg. angle) should just touch the outer front edge of

the thigh pad.  Your thigh should be completely on the thigh pad.  See diagram below of person hanging

properly in unit.   Generally, the smaller the number of the dial, the shorter the length of the leg from

the groin to the knee.  A very tall person with long legs would probably set the dial on #4. The smaller the

number on the dial, the shorter the length of the leg from the groin to the knee.

C - This is the adjustment for clearance from floor.  The least clearance would be the first hole from the

handle grip.  The maximum clearance would be the last hole from the handle grip.  Your head should not

touch the floor at any time.  You may find after inverting that you need to adjust this setting as you

        start to stretch out.
